This is the left side (wing) of a two-piece mural in clay paint, ink and digital. These two are crowning works in an exhibit titled "The Whole in The Part." The first 11 works in this show are an exploration of the effects of Storms: Actual storms resulting from climate change, storms between humans & storms that each of us carry. Each of those storms has the potential to reveal or blind us to the interdependence of life. Art is an alchemical process, & it helps me verify the fact of the unity of all that Exists. Simultaneously, I wish to acknowledge that we (I) believe in separateness, and as Buddha tells us, that creates suffering.
